Riverwalk - GREEN SNOQUALMIE DAY - …10/05/2024

Activities

Celebrate our kickoff to the planting season at Green Snoqualmie Day!

This year you have the opportunity to participate in the planting of Snoqualmie's very own: Climate Change Adaptation Demonstration Forest!

Sometimes… does a changing climate feel so overwhelming that you’re not sure what you can do?

On Green Snoqualmie Day... YOU CAN - come and plant trees and shrubs that will support Snoqualmie’s Urban Forest in adapting to a changing climate; using resistance, resilience, and transition strategies that will help steward our urban forest to the benefit of the entire community - today and for generations to come!

Not only will you DO something on Green Snoqualmie Day, but you will also learn and be inspired to find out more about what you can do to steward and adapt YOUR neighborhood urban and community forest!

Whether you live in Snoqualmie, the Snoqualmie Valley or somewhere near, we invite you to join us on Green Snoqualmie Day 2024! Hope to see you there!
